The first ten minutes are yours. What changed, when it started, what you have already tried. Owners notice things instruments never will.

The exam happens where they are calm
On the floor, on your lap, in the carrier with the top removed — wherever your pet is least frightened. Cats stay in the room; we bring the equipment to them.

You see the estimate before we start
Every recommended test comes with a price and a reason, split into what we need today and what can wait. You choose. If the plan changes, we call first.
